so yah, babysitting was a blast! got to Rosanna's around 1:45 Saturday morning and slept till around 10. Then I hung out with Thomas for most of the afternoon and left for home around 5. I got home to an empty house as everyone else had decided to go shopping. Conrad called so we talked for about 30 mins probably. That was very enjoyable. Sunday we went to SS and church then ate pork chops for lunch. After lunch we made some peanut brittle and I coverd some pretzels. Then I took a nap for about an hour, then went to watch the last program practice - which turns out was a very good thing I was there to watch it because I got stuck videoing the service! That was very interesting since I have never done anything like that before. I think I bumped the remote for the camera only twice and it cut out at the very end because there wasn't enough memory. Oh well. After the program which was really neat, I got to talk with the teens for awhile and I really enjoyed that! Rosanna, Rebecca and Isaiah decided to head back to Ankeny that night and I decided to wait until morning (a stupid idea indeed!). Jonathan and I went into town to help Grandpa with the computer and we ended up talking for quite awhile about Grandma, bf/gf (including Adam, Thomas, Janice and Barbra =>) that was fun yet a bit sad at the same time. We finally got back home around 11:30 and went to bed a few hours later. I got up around 8 and cleaned off my car and started the trip home. The roads were slick, it was snowing and blowing, you couldn't really see anything especially since EVERYTHING was/is white. 330 had its spots of being snow covered, but for the most part there was a path to drive on. I watched 3 cars go into the ditch right in front of me, all were ok, saw 2 dogs wandering around aimlessly on the interstate, and got back to faith to see a fire truck and ambulence leaveing. (turns out the dryer broke down and set off the alarms or something, nothing dangerous or serious) Its icy here on campus and not much to do lol. Im supposed to be at work sometime between 12:30 and 1...so yah. Well, I will post more later!
