Summer Break!

Two weeks sure goes by fast! School is finished and I am officially in my new apartment for the summer (well, all my stuff is in, but still in boxes). I found a place to live in Faith housing with a former faith student and her friend. Should be a fun summer. Dana is staying with me this week which is really fun. Its so quiet on campus now. All the parkng lots are basically empty and its kinda sad. Its also so strange not having any homework to do...although, since I am taking a module, I wll have homework again soon enough.

Friday after commencement and lunch wtih my familly and the Peterson family, a group of us (9 in all) went to a I-Cubs game =>


So much fun!!! While we were waiting around Faith to leave for the game, we noticed Brian Liebert and Aaron Lansdown tapeing a string of milk cartons to the parking lot and stopped to see what they were doing. Apparently we were not the only ones curious because eventually

and Mrs Gutwein and about 5 other faith students came out to watch. When they got done tapeing down all 98 cartons,

Brian drove his truck over them and they popped like a firecracker! So cool.

We got to sing yell "play ball" and had a blast. Now all of them are gone except for Dana and I and Nathan Schoen and he will be heading out soon too.
Dana and I went to Brett's for lunch and grilled chicken for the four of us. They made delicious apple dumplings for dessert and boy was that good! After that, we decided to go lay in the sun and sleep a bit and now we are sitting on the couches each on our computers with nothing to do...any ideas? lol


Oh, and pretty sure I have the best roommate in the WORLD!
